Severe punishment awaits soldiers violating human rights, Army warns

The Nigerian Army on Wednesday warned that severe punishment awaited any soldier caught in any act of human rights violation or perpetrating illegal activities.

The General Officer Commanding (GOC) 2 Division of the Nigerian Army, Maj. Gen. Chukwunedum Abraham, gave the warning while visiting 12 Field Engineering Regiment, Ilese-Ijebu in Ogun.
