A Hausa film entitled ‘Gudun Tsira’ with the aim of sensitising the general public on the dangers associated with the violation of traffic rules and regulations will soon hit the market.

A Kano-based popular Hausa Film Producer, Alhaji Nuhu Abdullahi, disclosed this while briefing newsmen in Kano on Sunday.

“Preparations are in top gear to produce a Hausa movie entitled – Gudun Tsira, which is expected to cost N10 million.

“The aim of the movie is to enlighten the general public on the dangers of violating traffic rules and regulations,”Abdullahi said.

He said the decision to produce `Gudun Tsira’ was borne out of his concern about the flagrant manner road users were violating traffic rules.

He said the movie would hit the market through modern channels of communication including the internet, Yu Tube and the websites for customers to access it easily.

“I feel it is necessary to produce the film in view of its significance to the society especially motorists and commuters plying the roads with many of them beating traffic.

“The movie will keep them abreast of the dangers of the ugly trend and the need for them to always be cautious for the safety of their lives and property on the highways,”the producer said.
