Daura residents trooped to the Emir of Daura’s palace as early as 8am Friday, jubilating the return of President Muhammadu Buhari from his medical trip.
In Katsina, youths were said to have stormed the major roads with posters chanting “Sai Baba” and “Baban mu ya dawo” meaning “Our Father has returned”.
According to the report, people were seen doing car and motorcycle display and carrying out rally on the streets to express excitement over his return.
