In line with its nationwide campaign on a pain free life, Dexa Medica has launched its Pain Free Day (PFD) initiative in Aba, Abia State. The launch informed its free medical mission in the city. The PFD Initiative is designed to help consumers stay fit and healthy.
A survey by the organisation showed that approximately 90 percent of consumers in work locations across the nation are involved in some type of strenuous tasks. But they rarely find the time to go for health checks, hence, the need for a free medical mission.
Boska Brand Executive of Dexa Medica, Mr. Uche Aghado, said the Pain Free Day programme gave opportunity for consumers to meet health experts who provided full range of health services. Beneficiaries were offered free consultation, free focal glasses for eye correction, screening for ear and nose defects. The Dexa team also leveraged the opportunity to educate consumers on how to live stress-free life while at their various duties.
Aghado said: “Dexa Medica has a strong track record in superior quality drugs that have improved consumers health significantly. This Pain Free Day initiative was put together to help consumers stay healthy in this hard times as they go about their daily work. For instance, an average consumer cannot afford the high cost of treatment in hospitals these days but can leverage this sort of programme for free.
